My Story

Hey there! My name is Sierra Needles, and I am a travel writer and photographer. I specialize in traveling with a chronic illness and provide helpful tips and tricks to make your trip more enjoyable. I personally have a chronic illness, so I understand firsthand some of the extra barriers there are when it comes to traveling with a chronic illness.
